Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dry the cauliflower head. Cut it into bite-sized florets, making sure they’re all roughly the same size for even cooking.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  4. Add the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the seasoned cauliflower to a lined baking sheet. Spread them out in a single layer.
