- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional for a smoky flavor)

- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and dry the cauliflower head. Cut it into bite-sized florets, making sure they’re all roughly the same size for even cooking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Add the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Transfer the seasoned cauliflower to a lined baking sheet. Spread them out in a single layer.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm!

For a vegan option, substitute Parmesan with nutritional yeast. Ensure not to overcrowd the baking sheet for optimal crispiness.
