- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- Chopped nuts (optional)
- Extra caramel drizzle
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the diced apples with lemon juice and cinnamon. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until creamy. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the cheesecake mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Start with a layer of the cheesecake filling at the bottom of your glass, followed by a layer of apples, and then a drizzle of caramel sauce. Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass.
- Top each parfait with chopped nuts and an extra drizzle of caramel sauce for that fancy touch.
- Place the parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill and set up a bit before serving.
