  • 1 cup whipped topping

  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • Chopped nuts (optional)
  • Extra caramel drizzle

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the diced apples with lemon juice and cinnamon. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until creamy. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the cheesecake mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  4. Start with a layer of the cheesecake filling at the bottom of your glass, followed by a layer of apples, and then a drizzle of caramel sauce. Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass.
