- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until combined. Add in the eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Then, sift in the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Mix until just combined; be careful not to overmix!
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan.
