Ingredients
Scale

- 12 slices deli ham, thinly sliced
- 12 slices Swiss cheese (or provolone/cheddar)
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all ingredients and equipment.
- Using a sharp, serrated knife, slice the entire package of rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer ham slices evenly over the rolls.
- Layer Swiss cheese slices over the ham.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese and press down gently.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Brush the buttery mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, until tops are golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Let sliders cool for 3-5 minutes, then slice into individual pieces and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, use fresh rolls and thinly sliced ham. Prep ahead and refrigerate before baking for easy entertaining. For crispier tops, broil for 1 minute at the end. Variations include using different cheeses, meats, or gluten-free rolls. Brush topping lightly to avoid soggy rolls.
