  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (or heavy cream, whipped)
  • 1 cup chopped peanut butter cups (plus more for topping)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
  2. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of your prepared baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes to set.
